This very popular ride takes you to the area called ‘7 Cascadas’ (7 waterfalls).
The tour includes some strenous uphill to get out of town on tarmac (mind the tricky traffic!), but very soon you'll be on dirt road. A dusty downhill with some optional single track will bring you to a countryhouse where you leave the bikes. .

From there it's a 30 minute walk to the waterfalls. Wether or not water is actually falling down, depends on the season (ask the Outdoor team!).

The area offers great swimming opportunities, beautiful scenery and very nice spots to relax....

Your lunchbox contains a sandwich, some fruit, a chocolate bar and a 600ml bottle of water. And when you get back to the bar, a FREE drink will be waiting for you!
